Marriot Court, Traimor Close

Our first project was called Marriot Court on Spring Road. It was a development of just seven traditional 3 bedroom properties located in a popular residential area of Coventry called Little Heath. Set in a courtyard, accessed off a private road which in turn is located off Spring Road a cul-de-sac.

The properties ranged between 3 bedroom semi detached homes with en-suite facilities to master bedroom and parking to 3 bedroom detached homes with en-suite and linked garage. It was completed 2 years ago, each house being sold and fully occupied almost instantly....
