Fern Leigh, a Coventry based housebuilder was established in 2004. Steve Malik, the Managing Director started in the industry as a tradesman 28 years ago, moving into Management in 1983. He progressed to middle Management with a top 10 Housebuilder in 1988. He has been Senior Manager & Director since 1992 Setting up 4 new regions with 2 top 10 Housebuilders which are still going strong today. Steve then moved on to set up Fern Leigh Developments
Simon Hayes, the Construction Manager started in the industry as a tradesman 22 years ago. He moved into management in 1994, progressing to middle management with top 10 housebuilder by 1998. He has also been involved in several NHBC Award winning sites.
Our Shareholders run several successful companies on their own, and are involved in IT, Financial Consultancy, Property Investments and Accounting to name a few. Our majority shareholder is Alan Malik (Photo on the right) shaking the Duke of Edinburgh’s hand, with his wife Marion whilst receiving the 2006 Queen's award for enterprise.
